1. Matikan total hape.
2. Tekan power dan volume up (berbarengan).
3. Saat ada logo samsung, lepas power, tetap tekan tombol up.
4. Akan terlihat menu factory reset, gunakan tombol volume utk memindahkan menu.
5. Klik Factory reset, tekan tombol power utk enter.
6. Data handhpone anda pun akan kembali baru..

SEBELUM DI RESTORE
Karena data akan hilang dan kembali ke settingan awal.
